Trying to find out the specs of my Mobo

Hi,
I'm trying to find out the specs of my mobo
- Make
- Model
- Onboard Video Adaptor
- Onboard Ethernet adapter
- Onboard Sound card
I've run both the AMIBIOS identification utility and the CTBios utility, but both are inconclusive (at least to me). Below are the results. On physical inspection of the mobo, there is a gold colored box, that looks like a small cpu or something, in the middle of the board, with Amptron printed on it. On the other hand the utilities say its a PCCHIPS board.
Lastly, when it boots, at the bottom of the screen I get:
62-0510-009999-00101111-071595-000000-M755LMRE-H
Could someone point me in the right direction?
