i need an update bios for award v4.51pg

shalom, here is more details =
bios date = 04/20/98
bios id = i440lx-19980216c-00
oem = intel 440lx3 rev 1.4
chipset 440ex/lx rev 3
motherbord= lx-atp2
i try'd to flash the bios with awardflash by useing the file, lx-atp2.bin and lx3-15.bin but it is not the right one .
please help .
