It's PC Partner board - one of these:
P4X266AAS4-241XAA, P4X266AAS4-241XA, P4X266AS4-241X

There are two BIOSes there - one is for board with STR (Suspend-To-RAM) and the other is for board without.

BIOS-I-2M (2K030305A)

The bold A means that it's the BIOS with STR, so that should be your board.
