need help finding motherboard maker12/27/2000-8363-686-AK12C

cant find maker of board bios id is 12/27/2000-8363-686-AK12C-00
oem sign out AK12S013 12/27/2000
bios typeAward Modular BIOS v6.00PG
its got evkt 133a on manual as need to upgrade bios as keeps crashing

Bios is from a Shuttle/Spacewaler AK12 - another Elitegroup K7VZA clone (should be K7VZA Rev 1.x with KT-133 chipset)
-> Board should be clearly marked somewhere - please make sure you have not a wrong Bios installed on your Board

BIOS has now dissapered wont boot up cd drives start on start up floppy does nothing and nothing on screen followed instruction but .

Have you tried clearing CMOS ?
