Looking for BIOS update

I am looking for a BIOS update:
Motherboard: Micro-star MS-6153(VT693)
BIOS: Award 4.51PG
Chipset: VIA VT82C596
Can somebody direct me to a BIOS update please?

More Specific info:
MSI MS-6153VA (not sure which version, can somebody tell me how to find it)?

Ok, found the version but now I'm confused. On my mobo manual it says MS-6153VA, but on the motherboard itself it says MS-6153 Version 2.1?
I also found a BIOS update on MSI's website, but the latest one it has is version 2.x when I have 4.51PG. Can somebody shed some light on this please?

Latest Bios you should pick is the 2.A
4.51PG is the Award Core Bios and 2.A or 2.9 are internal MSI Bios version numbers
6156 Ver:2.1 is the Board revision number
