the BIOS is 07/25/2000-8363-686A-6A6LMPR9C-00

I cannot find any info for the manufacturer, i.e. 6th & 7th digits (PR). PR is not listed in the Award Hardware Vendors list on this site.

How can I identify the manufacturer?

Could be a relatively new manufacturer if not listed and since it is using v6.00 (I think only more recent boards use this as opposed to 4.51).

Nothing printed or stuck on board to identify?

Also, maybe if you have a manual or driver CD that came with the board, take a browse through those and they might have it printed or tell you somewhere in the software.

Vtech/PC Partner board.

Look for a 35-xxxx-xx number printed on the board surface.
