need help to identify my Mother board

A friend of mine recently gave me an old motherboard. I cannot identify it coz there's no display connector on it even if the display controller is onboard (Cirrus Logic GD5430). So I cannot read the BIOS Id at boot.
Can someone help me ?
I can give you the numbers written onto the chips and some more specs :
1 adaptec AIC 7870P SCSI Controler
2 socket 5 CPU connectors
8 SIMM connectors
2 PCI, 5 EISA and 1 PCI/EISA slots
The chips embedded are Intel 82434NX and Intel 82433NX
On whar I think is the BIOS chip is, is written
"AMI 9549QAA
6721-502
intel© 94
620368-001"
there ar two more chips : 82374EB and 82375EB which, i think, are the EISA Bridge.
There is a connector that I donnot recognize, it looks like a SDRam slot but it's not as wide, just like a simm connector. It seems to be the display, keyboard, parallel and serial connector like on an ATX board.
That's all i can identify on the board.
Thanks a lot byu advance.
