Wim's Award BIOS seems to skip from 3A.... to 6A..., so I am mystified about this BIOS which sits in my friend's machine & runs Win 2000 like a dog.
Basically I am trying to find out what it is so that I can see if any upgrade is possible

The board is an OEM version of the Intel AL440LX. The drivers will work from intel, but the BIOS needs to come from Gateway!!!
