sorry, my english isn 't perfect :?

We use Compaq Evo
I want automate to install new computers with images.
That 's why I want to read the bios, because I must know the chipset of the new computer.
I have download the ctbios.exe. But I get not usefull information about the chipset. :(
We use other computer (not from compaq!), there I get all information.

Is there another tool, where I can get necessary information?

thank you
:)

Find the Compaq serial number and look at their support pages .
Aida32/Everest or Sandra should be able to identify your chipset as well as some otherprograms are able to do this

IIRC majority of the boards use in the EVO used the Intel I845xx series chipset. Although there were other boars used too.

Post the exact model/series information of the EVO and we can get the info for you.
