Searching without the first three sections gave this and all point to a MSI board. Very much likely a MSI OEM board.

Do you have the full ID with Bios OEM message ?

Out of curiosity, why are you after the latest BIOS?

Simply to have the latest
or
For better HDD support, or better CPU support, or for something else not in your current BIOS?

Whatever the reason, just make sure you match the board up correctly and that flash updating the board is worth the risk.

xiaonian is one of our "veterans" over here. That's why we don't tend to ask him what he's after anymore :)

Third section point to Chang Tseng Corp. motherboard, isn't it?

Is there a message at the top of the screen as well? Something like
A6116MJ V1.0?
Is there any information printed on the motherboard?

As Kuriaki says, manufacturer ID 1998 points to Chang Tseng (Darter)
Xiaonan; is the ID 61-1229-001998-00101111-071595-440BX-1440B000-H?
I can't find any BIOSes either at the site or at http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.darter.com.tw

Are we sure this isn't one of those "tampered with" BIOS IDs?
1229-001998 could simply be 12/29/1998, and this has been done occasionally by some other manufacturers...

Yep. TriGem is known to do that.
