What's that MotherBoard?!

I think that MB came from my aunt's computer, a Gateway, I don't know wich model number.
Things that were in the PC :
- Celeron 533 on Slot 1 converter
- Maxi gamer cougar TNT2 M64
- Sound blaster 128
- D-Link DE-530CT
That MB has 2 USB ports, 4 PCI, 2 ISA, 1 AGP
NorthBridge: AGPset, FW82443BX
southbridge: Intel PCIset FW82371EB
