Help me identify my motherboard

Please help mein identifying my motherboard. I don't know much about hardware but it seems to be socket 7 motherboard and supports AMD K6-2 450 CPU and SIS 530 chipset.

there's something just below the 5595 chip, but it's upside down and the glare makes it unreadable.
