...does 6VA694+(S)-B1 LuckyStar mainboard with VIA chipset support Intel Procesor celeron on 1300 Mhz...i can not find manul for this mainboard so any information...will be good to me...

From what I've seen that is a No... I cannot find any confirmation anywhere that is does. Usually this means it has been tried but failed...
