Run BIOS Agent and post back your results:

Sapphire boards are OEM PC Partner motherboards, so it's possible to find a matching model, maybe P4M266AMS4-A31AL.

I think the best you can hope for is to email their customer support since they no longer have support for older boards on their site:

Any other markings on the board, such as:

100Y13AA
200Y13AA
010Y13AA

As KURIAKI says, some are OEM PcPartner boards, so you may have some luck with the PcPartner BIOS since the board isn't working anyway. There are 22 different BIOSes listed for the A31A...

If you can boot the machine to a display, write down the BIOS String at the bottom of the BIOS POST display and then report that string here. This may help identify the board more closely.

P4M266AMS4-A31A

Manual:

BIOS:

Please identify the exact hardware chipset stepping of the P4M266A (North Bridge BGA Chip), the PCB version, Clock Gen IC type, before picking the target BIOS file for use.
The PCB version is 100Y13AA, 200Y13AA or 010Y13AA (-01,-02,-10 in the .txt file) it HAS to be on the top surface somewhere. If you have a 010Y13AA the clock generator is either RTM360-516 or RTM360-519 and the stepping of the northbridge chip is CE instead of CC/CD as used on the 100Y13AA, 200Y13AA boards.

This means you have to thoroughly inspect your board for any info. Let us know how things work out.
