My only hint is that its from PC PARTNER.

1.) AT motherboard with AT/ATX supply support
2.) 1 AGP / 3 PCI / 2 ISA / 2 DIMM
3.) VIA 82C693A chipset
4.) PCB Print: 35-C930-00-20
5.) UDMA-66 Ready and Coppermine Ready

Cached Google entry still shows entries for 3 families of boards with that ID 35-C930-xx. Looks like it was an OEM board. Having 82C693A should narrow it down to AP133BS3-909/AP133BS3-C909/AP133BS3-909B for which this is the manual and this is the BIOS.

Thnks for the help. As per suggestion, it is PC Partner APPBS3-941/
APPBS3-C941. Now the motherboard is running! Thnx so much for the help!
