It's a Jama M7-AI815EP.
There are no BIOS update for it.
Some Chinese vendors has the same model with other names.

Is it possible this thing is a rebadged ECS board ?

At least the 2MB version of P6ISM II and P6ISA-II have similar strings and version numbers.

So, would it be possible to flash with some other BIOS in order to upgrade CPU from 733 MHz to 1GHz?

Maybe, if you can afford the risk.

Solution will be to have both old and new bios on disc. If the flashing with new BIOS does not work I should be able to return to original one. Right?

The only problem is how to read original bios in order to have a copy. Any clues please?

If you'll be using AWDFLASH, use the /? switch to find out. UNIFLASH will save a copy too.

Following your instruction I've managed to save the copy of the original Bios.
If you need it I can forward a copy to you. I am not sure which version of Bios for ECS P6ISA to use for flashing! Many thanks!
