I need to know ASAP what my motherboard is please help!

The bios code is
03/05/2001 - 8363-686B-IV6LMC2CC-00
I've tryed everything to find the manufacturer and its model number etc. The motherboard has no seral/model/id numbers or even a company name.
It is made by Aries (watford electronics) there is a serial number on the back of the case that does not help me. its A051400621
I need the motherboards manual otherwise i can't turn it on.
when it was working the computer said it was a VT8???? which is just the chipset (Via technologies k133 I think)
Please help
