Manual Needed 4 Newer Model Intel Dell

I can't get it to boot the monitor on so I got these numbers off of the motherboard.
DS/NCN-03N338-69861-221-2032C/O CN RevA03.
I can't find anything on this. Is there any more info I get off of this to norrow this down?
