Bios for a Chaintech 7AIA motherboard

...oops , wrong place to post...
I see there is plenty of bios for 7AIA on Mr Kuriaki's ftp website but there are so many of them .
Which should I choose ?
or easier , how can I get to view any text info in the .BIN or the .EXE files I download from Mr Kuriaki's website .
And , thankyou Mr Kuriaki - man you have a lot of bios's there !
