Google search for "6M694X" turns up a reference to Kuriaki's site with a manufacturer of MIDA. Unfortunately, Kuriaki is incommunicado at present.
Most MIDA hits from Google seem to be on Chinese sites.
Google search for "694X-686B-6A6LJTRAC" turns up TopStar as manufacturer, so it looks as though this board was sold under more than one label.

You probably have got the latest bios released for it anyway and it was newer than what Topstar last released for this board.
There's a few more models listed:

They don't seem to care much for the release date code. Sloppy programming...

Going to brush up my Chinese and see if I can fetch a manual in English...

Some of their boards were sold under the ShenZen brand as well. Dead ends so far.

USB speed depends on your motherboard chipset, yours does not support USB2.0
USB2.0 devices are fully backwards compatible to USB1.1
