Edwin, please one more second of your attention...
I get this infos about my server machine bios:
Program: eSupport.com BIOS Detect v1.2 July 21, 2003
BIOS Date: 08/14/98
BIOS Type: Award Modular BIOS v4.51PGM
BIOS ID: 08/14/1998-i440BX-ITE867-2A69KH2BC-00
OEM Sign-On: (
6610S032) Intel i440BX PCIset(TM)
Chipset: Intel 440BX/ZX rev 2
Superio: ITE 8671 rev 1 found at port 279h

CPU Speed: 400 Mhz
CPU Max: 450 Mhz
BIOS ROM In Socket: Yes
BIOS ROM Size: 256K
Memory Installed: 256 MB
Memory Maximum: 512 MB
The problem is: from your link, the 661VS045.EXE generates to files.
AWDFLASH.EXE with 24 kb size and 661vs45.rom with 256kb size.
I do not know, how use 661vs45.
rom file with awdflash because the file name to put on it not is necessary call 661vs45.
bin ???
regards.

try this as the .exe file generates zero byte files (at least on my machine):
ftp://ftp.shuttle.com/BIOS/661v/661vs045.zip
you can always use
UniFlash to update the bios.
btw. the board in the picture is not the board you own. the board in the picture has a VIA chipset whereas your board has an iNTEL chipset as eBIOS agent clearly states.

CP, you are right, this picture a got in net only to show...but not is my real mobo.
About zero files, i run the exe file under a win 95 box, ok, work the expansion/decompress.
Now a have the real rom and exe flasher.
PS: o get another version from shuttle site = 6610S074
Let's go again.

There's no such option in Bios to enable autoboot if power failed and comes back. Not even a hidden option.

Ok, this is not news to me.
That's problem put me here, to try to solve with software solution.
Hardware solution is already running using a 1k ohm resistor at 14/15 atx power conector to restart after power falilure.
I AM SEARCHING FOR A SOFTWARE SOLUCTION.

software solution? running on a system that has been cut off from power by a power failure? do you mean running a program on a machine that is not running?
you could check the multi i/o chip for a feature that does the same as the 1k resisitor patch. but that's not a software solution either.

If the bios has no options for how to handle a power failure there nothing we can do other than send you to esupport.com for a commercial bios patch/upgrade.
