some PC Partner mainboard..please post the PCB id that should read something like 35-8884-XX. You'll find it silkscreened on the mainboard.

Really appreciate Your help, getting closer. BTW never heard about PCPARTNER.
Now i couldt flash bios, i found that
clock generator is W195BH and firmware hub SST 49LF002A
It looks like an tualatin ready board but letter A at end.
Tried to flash bios , it hangs and nothing changes.
I have problem with cmos checksum error (new battery) maybe thats why i cant flash it ?
What is your suggestion ? Can you help me some more ? :)

I just flash it with new bios.
And dont see differences (but numbers), still have this cmos checksum error :(
Anyway - does it support tualatin processor ?
Now bios is:
BIOS-N-2M(2K010901)
09/01/2001-i810-NS363-6A69MV3FC-00

get the manual, change the jumper to 'Clear CMOS'. do your changes in the bios and exit saving. power off (unplug the cord..) if the CMOS error comes back: replace the battery.

Its done. New battery has 2.94V. Error still shows. Have unplugged all cables but power & switch. Still no progress :(

Or maybe
Thats the note from bios package:
[intel 810 chipset, MicroATX / ATX)]
Award BIOS

81115ICW.BIN BIOS for N.S. Super IO chip, ICW W195BH clock generator

.Firmware Hub = intel N82802AB / SST 49LF004
.Fixed Win98SE Shut Down problem with AMR Modem Card
(Nov/2000)

80811ICS.BIN BIOS for N.S. Super IO chip, ICS 9248BF-87 clock generator

.Firmware Hub = intel N82802AB / SST 49LF004
.Added support on Cyrix(VIA)-III CPU
.Removed power up message "Suggested SDRAM CAS Latency =xx"
(Aug/2000)

0901ICW2.BIN BIOS for N.S. Super IO chip, ICW W195BH clock generator

.Firmware Hub = SST 49LF002
.Added support on "Tualatin-Celeron" CPU
(Sept/2001)

*** Remark :
The BIOS support on "Tualatin-Celeron" CPU is only valid for the "Tualatin-Ready"
motherboards with update hardware circuitry.

*** Important ***
Please identify the clock generator IC on your motherboard, and the Firmware
Hub IC types before updating the BIOS. Upgrading with a wrong BIOS file may
result in failure to power up after the upgrade !

The Firmware Hub IC is the component which host the BIOS codes, and comes
covered with the Award Label.
I flash my board with 0901ICW2.BIN, maybe thats a problem ?

hmm..the board shouldn't fail because it doesn't support tualatin cpus (support for those cpus can be done on almost any board..with more or less complicated mods ;))
