Hi,

I need to know the model number of my motherboard and I can't seem to find it on the board. I've got a manual that says <sis 645DX+SIS961B/SIS962 Chipset>. Is some of this my model number?

I also read the BIOS string and it was 02/26/2007-SiS-646-6A6IXQ19C-00. Can I use this information to find my model number?

Thanks in advance

QDI superb 4 series, model number should be printed onto the board (maybe in very small letters somewhere in the corners)

Okay, thanks. What would the model number look like on a QDI board? Like how many numbers and such.

EDIT: Okay, so I looked at my motherboard and there is this sticker on the edge of it saying 'Superb 4E'. So I wrote 'QDI Superb 4e model number' in google and got the following hit: http://www.qdigrp.com/qdisite/eng/Produ ... cts_p4.htm
Scroll down and there the Superb 4E is and it says Model Number: Superb 4E.
So is this just my model number? Superb 4E? Nothing fancy with alot of numbers?
Also, my manual reads 'Superb 4/533 and Superb 4E'

That's probably your board. S4/533 and S4E have only minor differences with the latter using a newer Southbridge with USB2.0
