Need a manual for i430VX-2A59GK19C-00

I need a manual and bios for the board Kaimei/Jamicon
This is a board with 2 banks with simms and 2 banks with dimms
In the kaimei and jamicon links, there is no manual and bios for this board
I´d like to know where i can find these 2 things

It's Jamicon/Kaimei KM-T5-Vsomething board. What's displayed at the top of screen during POST? (Something like "KM-T5-V2 INTEL TRITON VX REV:2.0").
