drivers for my motherboard plz!!

i have a motherboard whose BIOS code reads as follows:
BIOS-I-2M 2KO10903
i845-ITE8712-6A69VPRBC-00
Te problem is i have lost the motherboard manual and driver cds. i am also not sure of the manufacturer of my mainboard. could anyone please let me lnow the manufacturer and the site from where i could download my mainboard drivers.
