Accessing the BIOS on a Toshiba Tecra 9100 laptop

I have tried all different permatations to access the BIOS on the above machine. Is it even possible? :?

On my Sat Pro you have to hit ESC before the TOSHIBA boot screen comes up and then hit F1..

Should be similar for yours.
