Accessing the BIOS on a Toshiba Tecra 9100 laptop

I have tried all different permatations to access the BIOS on the above machine. Is it even possible? 
On my Sat Pro you have to hit ESC before the TOSHIBA boot screen comes up and then hit F1..
Should be similar for yours.
