first excuse me for my bad english, I am peruvian and I speak spanish.
I have a mainboard TOMATO, on chip it say:

686
AMIBIOS
1999
AE16
5370

I try clearing my cmos, jumping, without battery, and all others metods that exists, I left it without battery about 2 days but it is iqual.

how I can access to my computer, I will try with a generic password.
Do you know if exists a program for cracking this BIOS??

Try flashing it with a newly downloaded BIOS file. This should get rid of the password request.
