Editting Dell and AMI Bios?

Hi,
I'd like to replace the PXE boot ROM in a Dell Lattitude D610 and an Asus mobo that is yet to be released. Both bios's are in .ROM format. I tried to use amibcg.exe on the Asus bios but it says there's a CRC error and won't allow me to edit it. I was able to replace the PXE boot ROM in my Award Nvidia mobo bios's with gPXE.
Asus M3N78-EMH HDMI Bios 0404
Is there any methods to edit these two bios'?
