Toshiba image file

Anybody know how can I open Toshiba bios image file?
There is a file with com extension but is not a ms-dos executable.
example is BIOFCF3T.COM
flasher is CHGBIOSA.EXE
and is used like this
chgbiosa.exe BIOFCF3T.COM
header of BIOFCF3T.COM is something like that
...BIOS..".v1.50 2450 ..........s....CMN_T0.4..............................................................................................@ @@@... 4.....
I need to extract or convert to rom format.
