add a bootrom code to Phoenix bios

Hi all, is that possible to add a bootrom code (lom) to Phoenix bios? I'm trying to add realtek8139 lom into a Phoenix Bios, but can't find any tools. Please help. Thanks in advance.

which motherboard do you have ?

The computer is Digital Venturis Fx 5100, with PhoenxBios 4.05. The motherboard should be OEM.
In the documentation of PhoenixBios 4.0 release 6.1, I found a brief description of "PhoenixBios ROM Maker Tools". But I don't know if it is useful and how to get it.
