Cmos defaults settings

I'm looking for utylity which can edit this settings Would you help me , please ? Thanks for answer ( I have problem with my SDRAM after reset cmos setup )
AMIBCP 7.51.03 for AMI
Modbin 4.50.82a for Award 4.51/4.6
Modbin6 1.00.38 / 1.00.48 for Award 6.00 Bios
You have to know what you're doing otherwise you can kill your Bios !
