H.T M11744 = Macronix MX28F1000P/12V 7x16k, 4x4k

code given: C21A, FFFF

according to uniflash 1.32

Flashed successfully using an i430FX chipset board. Chip is now residing in a TXB820DS and works fine.

I have TXB820DS too - the latest BIOS supports ACPI and it works very nice in Windows 98SE. I've tested it with old P100 - when idle in Windows, the CPU temperature drops down enough so I can remove the heatsink and hold my hand on the CPU (without burns) :)
I guess that all H.T. chips are Macronix MX28F1000P...

I still have some of them

If I find some time i'll try them with Uniflash and report the codes given by Uniflash

Flashing with Awardflash or Aminf often gives 28F1000AP or 28F1000PPC

28F1000PPC is incorrect name for 28F1000P chips. The "PC" at the end means that the chip is in DIP package.
