Looks like a Pcchips M520/525 or similar

Use the Pcchips Lottery to identify your board and follow the links to your new Bios

There are two Pcchips i430VX Biosfiles - if you see a "Release 10/03/1996L" or similar message then use the "L" Bios and if you see ""Release 10/03/1996S" or similar then use the "S" Bios
-> Make sure you pick the right Bios !!

Both are tested to work with HDD up to 64GB and are patchable up to 128GB

You need a version of awdflash.exe to flash the file. If you need step-by-step instructions check out the "Collected Wisdom" forum for the "step by step flashing guide" thread.

"Patchable to 128GB"; at the moment the files at the URL above have been patched to remove the bug which prevented HDD >32GiB 34GB) from working, so the maximum HDD supported by those is 64GiB (68GB).
We can do a further patch which will remove some other bugs and (hopefully) allow the use of HDD up to 128 GiB (137GB).

The "difference" between the 128GB we talk about and the 137GB mentioned by eSupport is that we really mean 128 GiB (binary GB) because we are talking about addressing limits.
128 GiB (binary Gigabyte) = 128*1024*1024*1024 = 137 438 953 472 B
i.e. really no difference.
HDD manufacturers always use decimal GB, it makes the disk look bigger.

You can do things in that sequence if you wish to confirm that your board is happy with the manufacturer's version of the BIOS (e.g. to confirm the sequence of events for flashing so that you do not blame the file I sent you.
The 520_sx.bin file is not a patch, it is the patched version of the other file. Flash it just as you would flash the other BIOS file.
