Kill BIOS Password

I was helping someone last night who had accidentally set a BIOS password and was not sure what it was.
I remember a program called KILLCMOS or KILLBIOS which apparently "killed" the BIOS password. (or something similar).
I thought this might have been on the Wim's BIOS pages but could not see it here. I am sure there was a site on the Internet which had a page for these kind of utilities but I do not recalll where it was. Does anybody know or remember details of such a site.
We did actually hit on the correct password and promptly erased it, but KILLBIOS or KILLCMOS would still be useful for the future.
