Exist a way to copy a BIOS without do a upgrade, or a program??

Just use the /sy (Save YES) switch of the flasher (if AWARD).
AMI has a similar switch.

I'm trying copy a AMI Bios, using the amifl629...

Someone know what's the extensions to just copy the Bios,

Try using the /? switch after the flasher's filename. It might bring up some additional options, like how to backup your BIOS.
