Won't Update P4C800-E Deluxe BIOS v1021

Hi all,
I got a problems when I try to upgrade my bios with the new version,
It's just won't upgarde or downgrade, it's just seem that I stuck old version.
This is what I see in bios menu :
AMI BIOS

Here is the info that I got from Cpu-Z

when I try clean boot to upgrade the bios :
with Afudos /i /n /pbnc option
this comes up
error : ROM file size doesnot match existing bios size
when I using the /o option :
this comes up
reading flash
error : out of memory

Anyone help me please ...
Did I miss something ? or I got a bad bios Chip.

Hi ,
Yes I did, I try With BIOS v1016, v1020b1 , V1021
AFUDOS /i (rom name) /n /pbnc
I still got the same error message :
Error : ROM file size doesnot match existing bios size

I used 2.07 and 2.11, still the same problems
any ideas what's wrong ?

Are you trying to update an OEM mainboard/Computer with a retail Asus Bios ?
Is there any write protection enabled in Bios or per Jumper ?
Used a clean Bootdisk ?

No this is not oem mainboard.
I can't see any jumper for write protection for mobo P4c800-E deluxe
Yep I already used clean bootdisk
any other way to fix this problems ?

Flashrom should be a 4MBit/512KB one and the new Bios should have a file size of 524288 Bytes.
Please verify your new Bios file size - flasher complains the Flashrom and new Bios have different sizes.

Hi the boot sector virus is disable,
the size of the rom is correct 524288 byte.
I can confirmed the flashrom 4Mbit/512kb, where can I check that ?

Im I correct to assume Afudos displays a PMC Flashrom but you have an Intel Flashrom ?!?
Please read your manual if and where are possible Flashrom protections.
Maybe you need to use the Windoze based Flashprogs (Asus Liveupdate).
Do only update Bios if you really require to do this - it's possible there's something wrong on your system and it's possible a Flash will fail.

I got pmc chip first time, but that bios is faulty , so asus replace me with this bios.
I try to use asus update, but the software didn't want to install.
I can't see any flashrom protection in the manual.
is that anyway that I can flash this board ?
