Need help --motherboard is dead!

Dear all,
I tryed to update my bios and during update it got hang. and after restart by reset switch it's dead.
My bios chip is Winbond W29EE011-15 and motherboard is Intel 440LX processor is Pentium II 233 MMX
Please help me... how can I make may PC on again
