Bios utility for extended bios settings

Hi I am wondering if there is any utility that allows to change permanently for example RAM tRFC, tRC, idle cycle limit, tWR and so on. I have asus K8N-E with AM1 BIOS and I can change only basic settings(CAS latency, RAS to CAS). I have tried Rightmark memory analyzer where I can change it but only temporarily, when I restart comp it is allthe same again.
