Utility to save AMI EC BIOS to file

Hoi Can anyone help me? I'm looking for a utility or method to save the AMI bios to a file INCLUDING the EC BIOS part. I tried AMIFLASH/UNIFLASH/AFUDOS but they don't save the EC bios (I could see by opening the produced ROM files in a hex editor comparing to a file I have containing a EC bios block).
