Can´t access bios setup after modification

Hi, i have modified a bios file with modbin6 and flashed it sussefully with winflash, the system boots fine but when i try to enter the setup pressing the del key a black screen appears and nothing else happen. This doesn´t happen when I open and save a file with modbin without modificating it. I just have modified an setup option from non-selectable to selectable. Any idea what´s I´m doing wrong?.
