Help Unlocking OEM Sony Bios

Hello, I have been searching for a week on how to unlock hidden features in my Sony bios. I have a ASUS P4B266-LM board. The original bios is an award 6.0 v1.02, and I upgraded to v1.04. The board is not officially supported by ASUS because it is an OEM board so they will not help me out. I am able to extract the parts of the bios (original.tmp, cpucode, etc etc) using cbrom or Award bios ediotr, but thats about as far as I got. Modbin will not open the 1.02 or 1.04 versions of the bios, and I also tried Dling 3 versiosn of a P4B266-M bios from ASUS, and I can not get modbin to open any of these either. I have no access to any advanced setup features such as FSB, AGP aperature, Memory timings, CPU multiplier, etc etc. About all I can do is change the system date and time and disable onboard sound/ethernet stuff. I am pretty sure the advanced features of the bios are available because they are listed in the Award bios editor setup menu under the system tab, I just need to find a way to acceess/unlock them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Kevin

If your BIOS chip isn't soldered onto the board, try having another one programmed for you with the official ASUS BIOS and try experimenting.

I am not sure if its soldered on or not, but the main problem is that its not an official ASUS bios because its an OEM bios for Sony. I am still sure there is someway to hack in/access the hidden features on this one.

Thanks for the links, but that is a p4b266-M board which is not what I have. I have a p4b266-LM. I thought about flashing my board w/ that bios, but there are a couple differences. Mainly that board has a CNR slot, and mine doesnt.
