Dell PowerEdge SC430 BIOS

I'm looking at somehow hacking a Dell SC430 BIOS.
The main reason is Dell prevent graphics cards from working in the PCI-E 8x slot and I would like to change this so the cards will work.
If anyone has any experience with Dell BIOS I would like to hear from you.
