Phoenix Bios Editor and some questions!

Hello,
using this utiliy, in the register table window, what does the Mask voice serve to?
How can i avoid the initial error "... Fixed-Location Module Not Found..."? After the modifications I use Prepare/Catenate, as shown in the error, but the bios it does not work, why?
