Any new editor tools for Phoenix bios?

I am using compaq V3000 series laptop. The old phoenix bios editor is giving me this error. I ignored it, bios compiled with no errors. But when comes to flashing the bios, winflash give me checksum error.
Next,i disabled checksum checking and flash. Sigh the laptop failed to boot. Luckly there is crisis recovery disk.
Any solutions for it?
