Wrong Bios Loaded to OEM Sony motherboard P4S266-VX Asus

I have a motherboard from a Sony desktop that was flashed with the wrong bios ver 004. The correct ver is 003. Problem is the bios update has to be loaded from windows and the hard drive was incorrectly powered by the user so it is dead also. The incorrect bios will not allow the installation of an operating system to any hard drive. (I have tried several drives and operating systems) none will work so far. My processor is good 2.2 P4 my memory is good all hardware has been tested and working. I am looking for a work around the Sony bios that will allow me to install the correct bios from DOS. SOA003XDFL.EXE is the bios I need to install to correct the problem. Thanx
