acer travelmate 4150 bios help needed

hi i have just purchased a usb floppy drive but i am having trouble with instructions of how to reflash bios after wrong bios version installed.i now have the problem of no screen ect i have looked on acer website for bios version but cannot figure out which file is the bios file which has to be renamed bios.wph as on the crisis disc programme there is a file named bios.wph allready do i delete and replace this on acer i have found bin/rom files for this notebook which are correct this note book is tm415lmi any help please anybody.....
