Arima M621-DC problem

Hi, when notebook start , post screen error message :
Resource conflict - pci serial bus controller bus:02 device:07 function:02
Resource conflict - pci netwok controller bus:02 device:07 function:00
and windows xp cant install.
i guess bios crash i need a bios file.
notebook model : Arima M621-DC
Bios ver. Phoenix - VKOMCF08 i cant find this. pls help me
