Acer 4152 dead

ok, i was flashing my dad's laptop, and found out that i actually downgraded:(
i got the usb floppy, but didn't understand the guide. I tried to download the bios file from acer. and the guide said i should rename it too bios.wph. but the bios file is named dl00230d.bin.
so if someone can post a noob guide or
make me a pack with all the files i need i would be very grateful.
