notebook don't BOOT, don't POST ..

I have a DJR 154 SP, CPU T7250, CH8 SANTA ROSA laptop. When I turn it on all lights work normal but there is no beep. The fan works, it doesn't do the self test at the begining. It doesn't show the bios log on, I can only see for a second in the left side corner up the cursor blinking.
It's trying to boot from the HDD, DVD or floppy but it doesn't work.
What can it be? I can't get it to work.
Can you help me please?

I think is AHCI ... I need this driver " AHCI SATA"...

NTB P965 ICH8M SANTA ROSA...
I think is AHCI ... I need this driver " AHCI SATA"...
I need to boot from floppy with SATA AHCI....
